The view from Room 317
Room 317 is a Deluxe room and one of the few at The Racha with an ocean view — apart from the ocean-front suites, most rooms do not have one. The view is visible from the window, out over the palms and the villa roofs below to the sea, and it comes into its own at sunset.
The room sits above the villa line, which is what opens the outlook up: the photograph looks down onto a villa's pitched roof, with the sun dropping through the coconut palms and the sea behind them.

Ask for room 317 specifically, and say you want one of the Deluxe rooms with the ocean view. Most Deluxe rooms do not have it, and the ocean-front suites are the only other option — so the room number matters here.
